Yes, assembly is required. Assembly instructions are located inside of the box.
Is assembly simple or difficult?
Assembly is typically simple and can usually be done by one person. In terms of time, it depends on the lamp, but on average it takes approximately 2-5 minutes to complete assembly for table lamps and approximately 6-10 minutes to complete assembly for floor lamps.
Are LED bulbs included?
Yes, LED bulbs are included (when bulbs apply). No bulbs are required for lamps with integrated LEDs.
How long is my warranty?
The standard warranty for True Innovations products is one year from the original date of purchase from an authorized True Innovations retailer. For specific inquiries, please contact our customer service department. Please note that proof of purchase is required for validation of warranty.
Where can I locate the item or model number?
You can locate the item number on the outside of the product box or the label on the bottom of lamp’s base.
How should I clean my lamp?
Do not use polishes or cleaners on your lamp. Unplug lamp and clean with a soft, dry cloth.
